About Habit

I enjoy running each day even if its a few minutes.

I have comfortable running shoes at this moment.

I'd love to get a smart watch from Garmin to more easily track my runs.


Goals

Short term goals :

  • Running or walking at least once per day.

  • Aiming for 30 minutes outside.

  • Aiming to do roughly 1 to 1.5 miles per day on average.

  • Tracking runs with an app on my phone.

  • Eventually purchase a Garmin Watch to track runs with GPS.

  • Mapping out locations to run to make things more fun.

  • Mostly running around the neighborhood daily.

  • Occasionally will run around downtown Fairhope once a week.


Long term goals :

  • Eventually I would like to build up to setting more targeted goals w/ time. At this moment I'm more focused on staying consistent. Showing up each and every day to run.

  • Also, I'd like to run from Daphne to Fairhope to build up longer distance runs. That's nearly a half marathon race distance.
